  3. Analysis, week two. ROI math, Quick Win prioritization, drafting the report.
  4. Walkthrough, end of week two. 60 to 90 minutes. Report delivered as PDF. Open Q&A.
  5. Implementation (optional). Most clients book a Quick Win off the walkthrough. The audit is the only commitment.

What if you don't find a 3:1 ROI Quick Win?
You keep the PDF and we shake hands. The audit fee covers the work either way. About 1 in 12 operations comes out of an audit without a clear Quick Win, usually because they've already automated the obvious. In that case, we'll suggest a compounding play or just tell you you're in good shape.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We have a standard mutual NDA we'll send before kickoff, or we'll sign yours.
What if my "ops" is one person and a spreadsheet?
That's the Rapid Audit, $947. We shadow you, not a team. Some of the highest-ROI Quick Wins we ship are at single-operator shops where the owner is also the dispatcher and the bookkeeper.
Can I do the audit and not the implementation?
Yes. The audit is the only commitment. The PDF is yours. About a third of clients take the report and implement internally or with an existing developer.
